Physical Company signs UK distribution deal with Ecore

Physical Company, has expanded its flooring solution offerings to include Ecore, a US-based eco flooring manufacturer that creates unique performance flooring from reclaimed waste.

Ecore’s range includes the Everlast Basic Rolls and Tiles, a durable solution made from recycled rubber, designed for cardio and light weight strength training areas.

Everlast SmashTile is designed to sustain repeated impact of heavy weights without dimpling, tearing or fading. It can also absorb shock and noise due to its high level of durability, making it ideal for strength training environments.

The Everlast UltraTile is a 24”: by 24” modular tile system that features a patented ‘ultra’ high density layer on a moulded base that is designed to offer enhanced shock absorption in moderate to extreme weight drop environments.

Physical Company will also supply Ecore’s Stacked Performance range, including the Stacked Performance Beast, Motivate and Monster surfaces.

John Halls, managing director of Physical Company, says: “With the gym floor becoming increasingly important to support the demand in functional training and more classes taking place in the gym, we feel confident that the Ecore range will deliver on functionality and looks.”

Bo Barber, vice president of Marketing and Business Development at Ecore, says: “Ecore surfaces provide athletes with everything they need to train and perform at their best, while providing them with safety, ergonomic and acoustic benefits.”
